DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS

Full Color

Printed on .06 inch thick plastic, full color name tags utilize a direct to plastic printing process, creating a durable, printed name tag. Full color name tags may be printed using your vector art, or a high quality bitmapped image.

SIZE: Minimum size - .75 x 2.75 inches, Maximum size - 2 x 3.25 inches.

COLORS: 8 material colors are available, it may also be possible to print a color background that 'bleeds' off the edge of the name tag.

Laser Engraved Plastic

The top layer of two-ply .06 inch thick plastic is removed by the laser engraver, leaving the second color showing and creating a two color plastic name tag.

SIZE: Minimum size - .75 x 2.75 inches, Maximum size - 8 sq. inches. Custom shapes are available. Larger sizes are available on the name plate pages.

COLORS: 29 material colors are available, including 4 metallic finish and 4 wood grain materials.

Laser Engraved Metal

Metal tags (.02 inches thick) are laser engraved with your logo and text. Make a statement with these light weight, professional name tags. Upgrades shown in image: Blue tag has a domed surface.

SIZE: Minimum size - .75 x 2.75 inches, Maximum size - 8 sq. inches.

COLORS: 18 materials are available. Materials are available in lacquer and mirror finish colors as well as gold with black engraving.

Hot-stamped

Your logo is stamped onto the surface of .06 inch thick, plastic tags -- using metal dies, foils and heat. Up to three colors may be stamped, creating high quality, traditional name tags.
