Plastic vinyl badges are laminated with a clear coating for protection. A recessed window is cut into the card creating a pocket for the name card strips.

COLOR: 10 vinyl colors are available.

A recessed window is cut into the card creating a pocket for the name card strips.

Windows are available in .375 inch and .50 inch heights, the window will extend the entire width of the name badge.

FV-20 (1.375 x 3.0 inch): only the 0.375 in (3/8 in) window size is available.

PRINTED COLORS
Your logo will be printed using process printing. PMS color matching is available for an additional $40 per color. Colors that bleed off the tag are available on these name badges.

Your order will be ON HOLD until we receive your artwork.

All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary. These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

Art charges can be avoided by supplying high quality art files: computer generated art in a vector format. (.EPS, .AI, .CDR).

Complete art, including all copy, will be reproduced exactly as submitted. (All text must be converted to curves or outlines)

Flat colors only. No process colors (Blends or gradients).

If design work is required, all art time is charged at $60 per hour.

PROOFS AND PRODUCTION TIMES

Proof Time + Production Time = Total Manufacturing Time

After your order is placed, a proof will be created and emailed to you -- production WILL NOT begin until you approve and return the proof. Once an approved proof has been received, production begins. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order. Shipping methods (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) will become available once the product has been added to the shopping cart. Standard proof production is 2 days, expedite options are available.

Price is based on one color, process printed on 0.055 thick vinyl -- laminated to protect the finish, with a standard vinyl color
  background, and a pin attachment. Included are perforated white name card sheets.

SET-UP FEES: Add $40 for each color match or PMS color match. Copy and ink changes $30 each.
