Using metal dies and heat, your logo is stamped onto the surface of the .06 inch thick, plastic tag. Up to three lines of engraving and foil colors may be selected, helping to create coloful name tags. PRICES START AT:5 name tags for $5.59 each, 100 name tags for $2.90 each. Vector art is required for hot-stamped products. If you do not have a vector file, one may be created for you at an additional charge of $30.00. Hot-stamped logo must have solid colors, without gradients or blends the logo shown here is a three color logo, royal blue, sky blue and teal blue. |
All artwork will be reviewed by a designer and adjustments to your order will be made, if necessary.These adjustments will be shown on your proof prior to production. If any adjustment to your artwork must be made by Name Tag, Inc. additional charges may apply.

Show us an idea for the design of your name tags. Using the longest name and title from your list experiment with their placement. We will use the image you create as an aid when we set up your job and a paper proof will be provided for approval. |
STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMES:
After your order is placed, and your list is received you will receive a paper proof of your custom product. Production will not begin until a signed copy of this proof is returned to Name Tag, Inc. The product will then be shipped by the method indicated in your order (Ground, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, etc. which will be selected in the shopping cart).
EXPEDITED PRODUCTION TIMES:
Expedite charges are required when your 'need by' date is not met with the standard production and shipping times.
You may expedite one or more of these processes to met the 'need by' date.
If expedited production charges are required to meet your 'need by date' you will be contacted before production begins.

Production times begin when the paper proof has been approved and returned to Name Tag, Inc. Expedited production may not always be available, you will be contacted by customer service if we will not be able to meet your expedite request. These production times include the production of required metal dies. COMPLEX HOT STAMPING OR LARGE QUANTITIES MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTION TIME. EXPEDITE FEE: $25. *All times are based on Mountain Time. Orders recieved after 11am will be processed the next day. Same Day Production is NOT available after 11am MT. |

Long lines of text may be condensed to fit the available space.
Lists must contain all text to be engraved - for duplicate tags enter the text twice
Proof lists carefully: your list will be used to engrave your tags, Name Tag, Inc. is not responsible for lists that are formatted incorrectly or with errors.
Name Tag, Inc. will not edit your list. Lists not prepared to our specification will be returned for correction, which may cause a delay in production.
Company policy requires that all lists be in writing. Names (even just one name) will not be accepted over the phone. Lists can be presented in the form of an attachment in an email, on a floppy disk, or on a CD. Faxed lists are acceptable, but a data entry fee will be charged to type the list into our system.
